ABOUT THE COURSE
Target Audience:
Cis women, trans and non-binary people, over 18 years old, who are interested in working in the audiovisual field
Methodology:
The workshop proposes to present the fundamentals of capturing direct sound for cinema and television. Theoretical and practical, it will address the various stages of this fundamental subject in audiovisual production. The objective is not only to improve the skills of audio professionals, but also to train new techniques in the area, providing the basic elements to train them in the function of direct sound techniques.
ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Film and TV sound director and professional sound technician, Ana Luiza Penna has worked on features, TV series, short films and documentaries for the last 19 years. Among them are “Sons of Carnival”, HBO/O2 films; “City of Homes”, 02 Films; “Falsa Blonde”, by Carlos Reichembar; “Nome Proper”, by Murilo Salles; “Ox of the Bull”, by Hermano Penna; “Devil to Four”, by Alice Andrade; “Travessia”, by João Gabriel; “Signals of Ash”, by Henrique Dantas; among others.
