BLACK SHELL
Margareth Menezes, Luedji Luna and Afrocidade got together for a joint show, which was part of the Concha Negra 2020 program, at the Concha Acústica do Teatro Castro Alves (TCA). This is a special part of the AfroPop project: a proposal that affirms and gives voice to the Brazilian Afro-urban, with names that express and defend the strength of black art by making it alive, updated, contemporary, inventive and thriving. At the opening of the night, there was a performance fashion show by the Crioula brand, with the participation of Novíssimo Edgar and Preta Ferreira.

BAHIA ANGOLA CONNECTION (2019)
Giro brought to Salvador's carnival a show that celebrated the connection between Bahian music and Angolan music. The musical show had the participation of the Angolan singer Titica, the Bahian artists Majur and the group Afrocidade.

AFROCITY
AGENCY 2018 - 2019
Afrocidade is recognized as one of the most powerful musical novelties produced in Bahia today. The band proposes a mixture of politicized lyrics, which portray the struggles and resistances of the black people, with popular rhythms such as arrocha and pagode, in addition to Afro music, Jamaican dub, reggae, ragga and afrobeat.
Giro was responsible for managing Afrocidade between 2018 and 2019, having performed several shows in different cities during this period. Special projects were also carried out in partnership with the group that brought together singers Luedji Luna and Xênica França for the first time on stage.
